Scheme
There are three backup schemes you can select before you click Back up Now : Full, Incremental and Differential. 3 versions of backup image file are retained by default. When there are more than 3 groups, the former groups will be removed from the queue. You can change it if you like.
Full makes a backup of all data so it needs a large space. Moreover, it takes a longer time than the other two schemes.
Incremental backup is the default method. It backups the new added files on the basis of the former backup which takes up less space and needs less time.
Differential backup files on the basis of full backup. For example, you created a full backup on Monday. Differential backup on Tuesday will backup the altered files since the full backup on Monday and on Wednesday it backups the new added files in Tuesday and Wednesday.
